Stock transfer request processing time

When transferring financial assets to Moomoo SG, please be aware of the processing time. 

• SG stocks: Once the transfer process at the outside broker is complete, it usually takes 2-3 business days to deposit the stocks into your Moomoo SG universal account. 

• US stocks: A transfer out from a TD Ameritrade account or Webull account may take 5-7 business days. Once the TD Ameritrade transfer is complete, it may take an additional 1-2 business days to deposit the stocks into your Moomoo SG universal account.
Transfer from other brokers
Transfers from other outside brokers may take longer to process. Please check the processing time for the following:
• US stocks: It usually takes 3-15 business days to complete the entire transfer to your Moomoo SG universal account as our team may need to confirm your information with the outside broker. 

• HK stocks: Once the transfer process at the outside broker is complete, it usually takes 1-2 business days to deposit the stocks into your Moomoo SG universal account. 

Note: The transfer time is subject to the actual processing time of both brokerages.
