On April 14th, Gelonghui reported that NEWAY GROUP (00055.HK) announced that on April 14, 2025, the lender (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a loan agreement with the borrower, mortgagor, and guarantor. According to the loan agreement, the lender agrees to grant a loan of 5 million Hong Kong dollars to the borrower, with a repayment period of 12 months and an interest rate of 1.5% per month (equivalent to an annual interest rate of 18%).
