Sunshine Energy Holdings Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”, Hong Kong stock code: 757) is a leading supplier of solar energy services. Its products are sold not only to midstream industrial customers, but also directly to end customers. During the year under review, the Group was mainly engaged in the following businesses: (a) manufacture and trade of photovoltaic modules; (b) construction and operation of photovoltaic power plants; and (c) Manufacture and trade of semiconductors, solar monocrystalline silicon cells and others. The Group now focuses on the manufacture and sale of downstream photovoltaic modules in the photovoltaic industry. Among them, the main customers of photovoltaic modules are large state-owned enterprises, large multinational enterprises and other terminal photovoltaic application customers, which fully demonstrates the Group's existing advantages in the production of such products. In addition, the Group is also engaged in the installation of photovoltaic systems and the development, design, construction, operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants. As of the end of December 2014, the Group's total component production capacity was 10.2 GW.
