Shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“H shares”) were listed and traded in May 1994, while shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (“A shares”) were listed and traded in June 1995. The company's main business consists of basic business and strategic new business. The basic business includes municipal sewage treatment, water supply, reclaimed water, etc., and is the main source of the company's revenue and profit; new strategic businesses include new energy cooling and heating, sludge disposal and resource utilization, hazardous waste business, photovoltaic power generation and energy storage, etc., which complement the basic business in terms of profitability, economic added value, and payback period, and optimize the overall business structure.
