The Group is a Chinese technology company focusing on simulation testing technology for intelligent connected vehicles (“ICV”). It is mainly engaged in the design and development of ICV simulation testing products and provides related testing, verification and evaluation solutions. The Group's customers mainly include the Chinese government, state-owned enterprises, and well-known automobile manufacturers and technology companies. The Group's continuous innovation has developed technical capabilities for ICV testing, verification and evaluation. In 2018, the Group independently developed and commercialized the first basic version of the ICV simulation testing, verification and evaluation tool chain, Sim Pro, to enable the Group to provide customers with ICV simulation testing and related services. As the Sim Pro continues to be upgraded, the first relatively advanced and fully functional Sim Pro that can be used independently by a third party went on sale in 2020. In June 2021, Sim Pro passed ASIL D functional safety certification under the international standard ISO 26262, making it the world's first ICV simulation testing, verification and evaluation tool chain to obtain the highest level of functional safety certification. As an important domestic replacement product for imported ICV simulation testing software, the introduction of Sim Pro has made the Chinese market no longer extremely dependent on ICV simulation testing software developed by foreign companies. It also gave the Group a first-mover advantage in the ICV simulation testing market in China. Furthermore, in 2021, the Group also independently developed Safety Pro, a functional safety (FuSa) and expected functional safety (SOTIF) analysis tool for ICVs, which obtained ISO 26262 TCL 2 certification in July 2023. In recognition of the Group's ability to innovate, Chinese government departments have awarded the Group a number of awards and certifications, including key software enterprises, specialized and innovative “Little Giant” enterprises (issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), Beijing's specialized and innovative “Little Giant” enterprises, and national-level high-tech enterprises in Zhongguancun.
