Bank of Jiujiang Co., Ltd. (“Bank of Jiujiang” or “Bank” for short) is a regional commercial bank approved by the Wuhan branch of the People's Bank of China and registered in November 2000 on the basis of 8 city credit cooperatives in Jiujiang City. The company officially changed its name to Bank of Jiujiang Co., Ltd. in October 2008. On July 10, 2018, Bank of Jiujiang was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 6190).
