The company through its subsidiaries is engaged in the manufacturing and sales of Printed Wiring Board materials and chemical products for use in the electronic components and electronics industries. The firm divides its business into two segments: Electronics Materials and Medical and Pharmaceuticals. It is composed of four reportable segments divided by geographic area, namely Japan, China, Taiwan, Overseas, other and Korea.
