This is a controlled shareholder company meaning that Garcia's hold most control legally and can issue class B shares to themselves at their whim and will any time in any amount and than conver their class B to Class A that they can and have been selling in open markets with legal SEC mechanism. Also search Drivetime history for the financially fraud felon father Sr. Garcia. Check related party transactions and shadow  accounting practices like made up GPU that includes lease amount upfront, counting debt extinguishment as operating income and deferring their $4billiion plus outstanding debt interest in kind for last two years which at some point they must pay in cash. The insiders and employees are only selling stocks as if there is no tomorrow. This company has more than doubled its outstanding share count by keep issuing new shares and at current PE of 113, why anyone would want to invest in it when there are plenty of other good choices? Read the SEC filling, read the GAAP income statement and be informed before you put your hard earned money in such ponzi scam company.
