I disagree 100% with this Article!

$Great Lakes Dredge & Dock (GLDD.US)$ Its my belief that this company along with many other who have been bullied into following DEI practices are secretly happy. They no longer need to hire based on ANYTHING other than are you qualified / based on merit! Also their fiduciary duty to stockholders!
Here is a few examples of companies that were bullied, or they had race hustlers or “victim groups” protesting their businesses. Whether it be Race, Sexual Orientation...

GLDD faces a significant risk of not being able to have a shared washroom anymore, which will lead to further discrimination toward employees with mental illness and ulterior motives.
GLDD also faces significant risk of certain employees causing temper tantrums, which will heavily disrupt work and other employees'mental stability.

But im sure that there is way more WOMAN in that company that would LOVE to not have to share a bathroom with a DUDE! Hehehe. But as the article is trying to say is woman are going to be upset that MEN are no longer allowed to INVADE their private space! Hehehe What a LIE! Its a 80 / 20 issue! Just like MEN who play in girls sports! MOST know that its 100% UNFAIR. I have ZERO animosity towards any group! And they should NOT be discriminated against! But a bit of COMMON SENSE is needed!

Trytosaveabit OP Daight : Again. Its not for me to tell them how to dress or conduct their life. but, BUT when my 12 year old daughter is FORCED to see a 30 year old man in a wig with a hard on as she and others are changing in the YWCA locker room! thats WHERE my issue with them starts! Just 6 years ago that would be a arrestable offence! As it SHOULD be!

GLDD expecting a payment per their latest DOD fix-payment contract. Per agreement, payment should be arriving this Tuesday, but could be subject to change.
