Downside to $Enbridge Inc (ENB.CA)$ is I am in the US and Canada automatically withholds 15% tax from the dividend which sucks.
Also concerned with HESM being bought by Chevron. Not sure if this means HESM shares will just turn into Chevron shares eventually.
If you have another alternative to these 2 would love to hear it. I also heard of NEP but doesn’t seem as good as HESM or ENB.

Hess Midstream's dividend sustainability is questionable as it's paying out 116% of last year's earnings. Better investment opportunities might be available.
Despite subpar returns in the past year, the consistent growth over five years and a positive market reception make the business worth watching. Its dividend payments explain most of its divergence between share and total shareholder returns.
Hess Midstream showcases positive trends with a rise in the returns on capital employed and increase in capital. The stock has shown exceptional performance in past five years. Further due diligence is recommended due to promising fundamentals.
Energy was the leading advancer in the S&P 500, with the sector up more than 1.6%, after oil and gasoline futures touched a three-month high Monday. Tighter supply, as well as hopes for China stimulus that could boost demand, drove oil prices higher.

's declined 9.8% in May as oil price slump, putting it on pace for its worst monthly stretch since last September.
The biggest laggards include $Apache (APA.US)$ , $Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLE.US)$ , $Exxon Mobil (XOM.US)$ , $Hess Midstream (HESM.US)$ and $Marathon Petroleum (MPC.US)$ , all down at least 10% this month.
In September, the XLE lost 10.5%.
