Make it Big : TSMC will do something to ensure their leadership too. I think it will be challenging for Intel to expand market shares. Unless, there is a breakthrough. Also note that China Huawei has also made good progress in developing their AI chips 910D. The Trump admin needs to do more to support Intel.
