No idea...maybe it is triggering the mandatory takeover criteria but they just want to keep it listed so they put in a ridiculous price.
$NeraTel (N01.SG)$ Announced on 6 Sept 2022, company recently secured a 12 months contract of $17m covering period from Jan to Dec 2022. Why only get secured and announced after 8 months into the contract performance? Don’t understand.
