• US markets: US stocks fell for the 2nd day ahead of the Federal Reserve’s decision, with stocks souring after Trump’s said no trade talks are underway with China. Two hours later the White House said it's meeting with China this week. As at 9.00am the futures suggest the Nasdaq 100 will rise 0.95%, the S&P500 will lift 0.8%.
