清澄アキラ OP 18898641 : I do not believe that Earnings Reports can determine the rise and fall of stock prices. They are, like news, often just tools used to 'explain' market fluctuations afterward. This is why we often see good Earnings Reports leading to declines, while bad reports surprisingly trigger increases. Although some believe that this is because the market has priced in expectations beforehand, I do not agree—there is no need to find excuses for those who truly determine the direction of stock prices.
There are good and bad news in the market every day. If we claim that good news is more important after stock prices rise, and then argue that bad news is more severe after they fall, that is simply a form of 'post hoc rationalization' for psychological comfort.
The reason I determine that this stock will decline is solely based on the structure of technical analysis, which shows signals of a downturn in the chart. Although technical analysis is not always accurate in short-term trading, in the long run, it is more grounded and stable than basing decisions on subjective emotions and news interpretations.
