I think SHM is the best option TSM it the biggest player in this space, it makes more than 50% of all semiconductors. So you cant miss TSM. Also this etf have some companies that provide tools to make chips and has more nonUS stocks. But SOXX is decent too, it has more holdings and have the same (almost) returns.

$VanEck Semiconductor ETF (SMH.US)$ SMH -- Expense ratio is ok, I like how they have TSM weighted high
