Faith in US debt appears to be in question and/or inflation expectations are ramping up. Higher yields = headwinds for CapEx and private spending.

Investors will be focused on the Federal Reserve this week, with the central bank scheduled to announce its third interest rate decision of the year on Wednesday (7 May)
Market expects the federal funds rate / interest rate to be retained at current level.
The Fed has previously said that they are happy to take no action while considering further economic data.
Powell's post-decision press conference will be closely watched by investors.
