MDA Space (TSX:MDA:CA) said it will acquire SatixFy (NYSE:SATX) in an all-cash transaction for $2.10 apiece, sending the latter's share rocketing.
Shares of SATX were up 70% in premarket trade.
The deal represents an equity value for SatixFy of ~$193 million and is expected to boost the end-to-end satellite systems offering of MDA Space.
