A look at overnight and pre market trading reveals hair trigger downside bias on this stock. Any time traditional leading indicators on this stock's movement - the likes of$Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3x Shares ETF (SOXL.US)$or$NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$- have moved higher, this stock has ignored the move or very slowly climbed before crashing back down almost instantly upon reversal. Tiny volume overnight of course, but that doesn't stop it going down...
$Super Micro Computer (SMCI.US)$ A shaken SMCI with just a $20B market cap managed to rattle a $2.5T giant like Nvidia, wiping out $55B in market value. That alone shows the market is finally recognizing the strategic weight SMCI carries and perhaps it hasn’t been given the credit it truly deserves.

I mean, sure, but it could also just be a stick in the wind measuring sentiment. It's less about SMCI than it is about a very nervous market facing uncertain earnings. It's also rallied somewhat from it's lows, but on very low volume, so there's a sizeable cohort waiting, and nervous hands holding stocks and looking sideways for signs of trouble.

Nervous hands or not, when a $20B server vendor causes a $55B hiccup in the AI king’s market cap, that’s not just wind ... that’s a signal. Someone just rang the Blackwell bell, and the market’s listening.

I think you need to put the drink down. you're obviously not thinking too clearly. there's nothing that super micro does that controls the direction or outcome of Nvidia. it's not as if super micro is the little mouse climbing up the trunk of an elephant causing the elephant to flinch. supermicro CEO can't be trusted he's a fucking slime ball in 5 years twice he was cooking his books and right now with this inventory issue that's coming to fruition that last quarter was not a concern that as of a few weeks ago at GTC was not even mentioned not a whiff of it. the fact that there's order push-offs is bullshit because you don't guide lower if you had push-offs from one quarter to the next those would be carry over orders that would be realized in the present quarter which would make your earnings in revenue actually increase higher than estimates not lower. so this tells me they're full of shit with their projections they were lying when it came to their financials they're still not resolved they had an inventory issue that wasn't disclosed so now they're trying to pretend they're taking the high road by pre-announcing a disastrous quarter a week ahead of time. while they're accounting is still not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles so you can be 100% certain and guaranteed whenever those financials are reported it's going to be much worse than what they are saying and they will just take the high road again saying well we gave everything to our accounting firm and this is what it came up with just less than what we had disclosed. hope this fucking CEO is thrown out of the company by the board of directors I hope this company is subjected to a massive class action lawsuit and quite frankly I hope they're fucking delisted
