Money Thrill OP 123456FEDCBA : I think not at all.  The government does not want America to be ahead. High Investments will therefore not continue. The government will probably support TSMC (will be said later) and thus the supremacy of TSMC will become even BIGGER. Thus this company will become the Biggest Top Company for a long time. I will certainly buy some shares regularly. 80% sold at 220. Bought cheaply.  They have also quantum lithography machine of Asml for future

blueSky91 : tsm is a great asset to hold.. It depends on your investment timeframe, if you are uncertain, there were a few exits around 165 last friday, and yesterday, it may happen again today.. it'll be a bumpy ride this week, but once it breaks to 168 and pulls back to 165 as support and bounces, it should be clear sailing ahead.  you can time your exit around 168, or if you can wait a bit longer, it may break above 171, bringing it back to pre april 2 liberation day price level.. on the way to 180.. it may happen this week, but it could be a couple more weeks to be fair. we are in a major bearish market, tsm could break down any moment a tariff news flares up.
