Eligibility

1.This offer is only available to clients who check in at the MooFest 2023 event.

2.This offer is only available to individual clients.

3.Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria (eligible clients) for the event.

 

How to Participate

Clients who check in at the MooFest 2023 will receive a S$30 fund cash coupon and a S$30 stock cash coupon. After successful check-in, clients who complete the deposit task within 24 hours will receive three different frozen cash coupons. To unlock these coupons, clients must maintain the assets in their accounts for at least 30 days from the date of deposit.

*The accumulated deposit amount is calculated based on the net deposit amount after receiving the coupons during the event period (Net Deposit Amount = Amount Deposited – Amount Withdrawn). Net deposit amounts are calculated per transaction on a daily basis.

Each client can only claim the rewards once.

**To be able to unlock and use the cash coupon, you must maintain the assets in your account for 30 days after receiving the coupon. The maximum period for a user to fulfill the 30-day requirement is within a 35-day period.

Rewards Ineligibility

If you withdraw more than 50% of your net deposit amount during the event period, you will not be able to unlock the frozen cash coupons.

 

FAQs

1.How can I unlock my rewards?

To unlock the frozen cash coupons, you must complete the deposit task within 24 hours of receiving the coupons and maintain the assets in your account for 30 days from the date of the initial deposit.

For example:

To unlock the S$28 cash coupon, you must deposit S$5,000 within 24 hours and keep your assets above S$5,000 for 30 days.

To unlock the S$30 cash coupon, you must deposit S$10,000 within 24 hours and keep your assets above S$10,000 for 30 days,

To unlock the S$130 cash coupon, you must deposit S$50,000 within 24 hours and keep your assets above S$50,000 for 30 days.

Your account must maintain a daily asset balance of S$5,000/S$10,000/S$50,000 (calculated as whether your daily assets are ≥S$5,000/S$10,000/S$50,000 for 30 days, including cash and stock assets). Due to stock price fluctuations, the total asset value is allowed to drop by 20% from the specified amount.

You must maintain the required level of assets for 30 days within a 35-day period. If you fail to meet the requirement within 35 days, you will not be able to unlock the cash coupons.

2.Can the rewards be stacked?

Yes. When your accumulated deposit amount reaches a specific level, you will receive the corresponding cash coupon(s). 

For example:

If you make a first deposit of S$5,000 within 24 hours and keep your assets above S$5,000 for 30 days, the S$28 cash coupon will be unlocked. After that, if you make a further deposit of S$5,000 within 24 hours and keep your assets above S$10,000 for 30 days, you will be able to unlock the S$30 cash coupon.

If you deposit a total of S$50,000 within 24 hours and keep your assets above S$50,000 for 30 days, you will be able to unlock all three cash coupons worth S$28, S$30, and S$130, respectively, totaling S$188.

3.When do I need to complete the deposit task?

You need to complete your deposit within 24 hours after you have checked in. Otherwise, you will not be able to receive the frozen cash coupons.

4.What does the 35-day period mean?

The 35-day period is the maximum time limit to complete the 30-day asset maintenance task.

For example: During the event period, User A deposited S$10,000 and fulfilled the first requirement of fresh deposits. User A received two cash coupons worth S$58 in a frozen status.

However, if User A withdrew S$2,000 on the second day, the net deposit amount for that day would be S$8,000, falling short of meeting the asset maintenance requirement.

As User A failed to meet the asset maintenance requirement on the second day, the cash coupon will remain locked after 30 days. In this case, User A must maintain assets worth at least S$10,000 for one additional day, i.e., until the 31st day when the cash coupon can finally be unlocked.

5.When will cash coupons be invalidated?

In the event of a full withdrawal or more than 50% withdrawal from the initial deposit during the event period, the cash coupon rewards will be invalidated.

For example: During the event period, if a user deposits S$10,000 and unlocked cash coupons worth S$58 in a frozen status but then withdraws over more than S$5,000 (50% of the deposit amount) during the 35-day period, the cash coupons will be invalidated.

Ltd. does not allow a person to open a universal account on behalf of another (i.e., we do not allow non-beneficial owners to open an account). This requirement is also stated during your account opening process and in your declaration. Please refrain from opening a universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner of the account. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g., using multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. may, in its sole discretion, forfeit your rewards entitlement and limit your chance to participate in future promotions.

7.Each user or device, regardless of mobile or computer, is only entitled to one set of registration / sign-up rewards, account opening rewards, initial deposit rewards, market trade rewards, and referral rewards.

8.Where force liquidation occurs during the event period, subsequent fund yield movements will no longer be monitored by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. will not automatically initiate any forms of re-subscription after the force liquidation, and the user will not be able to re-invest into the underlying fund during the negative 7-day annualized yield period. Should the user wishes to re-invest into the same underlying fund when it reaches back to a positive 7-day annualized yield, the onus is on the user to monitor the market conditions. Should another negative 7-day annualized yield occur during the reinvested period, the same force liquidation will happen. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. will still guarantee the 5.8% p.a. return rewards as long as the user has a positive position during the remaining holding period.

9.Investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by, including, but not limited to Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd., a broker licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. 16.In order to ensure the fairness of the event, the event has limits on daily event rewards, total event rewards, and the total rewards that can be claimed by a single user; if the system detects abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to the user mobile device simulators or the artificial modification of mobile phone device numbers), the offenders' event eligibility will be terminated.
