My Financial Overview in 2023 Authorization Agreement and Campaign Rules

Welcome to My Financial Overview in 2023 (“Report” or “Activity”)! The Event is organized by Moomoo Technologies Inc. (“MTI”) and Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. (“Moomoo SG”). In order to better protect your rights to your personal information, we hereby issue the Authorization Agreement for My Financial Overview in 2023 (“Authorization Agreement”) to disclose to you what personal information about you we use for what purposes and how we use it. You should read this Authorization Agreement carefully and fully understand the contents in this Agreement before you officially start the Activity. Please stop participating in this Activity, if you disagree with any clauses in this Agreement. By starting the Report, you will be deemed to have carefully read, fully understood and consented to all clauses in this Agreement.

1. You affirm that, you authorize Moomoo SG to search for your client information from January 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023, including but not limited to your transaction records, log information, position information and returns information to generate your Report. You consent Moomoo SG will only use the above mentioned information for aggregated analysis and display the information about this Activity to you. Moomoo SG will not process your authorized information for any purpose other than those listed above. Matters not covered shall be bound by the “Client Agreement” and “Privacy policy and personal data collection Report” and other relevant documents signed between you and Moomoo SG.

2. You affirm that, you authorize MTI to search for your client information from January 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023, including but not limited to your user ID, account information, and log information to generate your Report. You consent MTI will only use the above mentioned information for aggregated analysis and display the information about this Activity to you. MTI will not process your authorized information for any purpose other than those listed above. Matters not covered shall be bound by the “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy” and other relevant documents signed between you and MTI.

3. You affirm that, your Report is automatically generated by the system and may deviate from the actual condition. Moomoo SG and MTI does not guarantee the reliability and accuracy of relevant information.

4. You affirm that, the Activity page will contain your personal information. When you choose to forward the screenshot of the Activity page to other channels, third parties will see your relevant information. Any losses or consequences arising from sharing and disclosing your Report, including but not limited to leakage of personal information, shall be borne by you. Therefore, please be careful of sharing relevant information, or take effective measures to protect your personal information by yourself.

For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Moomoo Singapore of this Contest shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo Singapore for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
