What circumstances will cause the lending to be terminated

If your stock is lent, the lending will terminate when any of the following circumstances result in available shares for lending being not enough to maintain the current number of lent shares:
1. Opt-out of the Stock Yield Enhancement Program;
2. The shares are transferred out;
3. The shares are sold;
4. The Long Put option is exercised or the Short Call option is assigned.
5. Close the account.
